I also offer a pre-sale or pre-rental home inspection to help maximise the return on your property. I can highlight and prioritise areas that need attention, give you an idea of cost and you can decide on the way forward. I can then then either do the work myself (if within my scope/availability) or oversee the work by other contractors, the choice is yours.
