I conceived and founded Stressless Home Maintenance & Home Management when I retired from the police service in 2013. There was a clear need for a reliable and trustworthy home maintenance/management service specifically designed for home owners who may be absent, too busy, too ill or too elderly to manage and maintain their homes themselves.

 

I bought my first house at 19 and since then have bought, remodelled and refurbished too many properties to remember. I retired in 2013 after 30 years as a police officer in London and the Thames Valley, developing property for myself and others all the while. 

 

Over the years I have acquired the practical skills and building/project management experience to ensure a high end finish and client satisfaction. Of course I'm also DBS cleared and fully insured.

My wife and I moved to North Devon in 2021 where I have completely renovated our old cob cottage and built a home office and bar/media room. A new hobby room and storage space is coming in 2025.
